Definitions of Basic Terms, Rights and Restriction:
This section outlines key terms and conditions applicable to users of the Learning Management System (LMS). Terms like “User,” “Platform,” and “Content” are defined for clarity. Users are granted access rights based on their chosen subscription or enrollment, while respecting the platform’s intellectual property and usage policies. Restrictions include prohibiting unauthorized sharing, copying, or reselling of content. By accessing the LMS, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that their rights and responsibilities are governed by the platform’s policies.
Basic Terms
Users of the LMS are required to register with accurate details and abide by the platform’s policies. Access to content is granted solely for personal, non-commercial use as per the subscription plan. Any violation, such as unauthorized sharing or misuse of content, may result in account suspension or legal action.
Rights & Restrictions
Users are granted access rights to the LMS content as per their subscription, subject to restrictions on sharing, copying, or misuse. Include the following:
- Members must be at least 18 years of age.
- Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, nontransferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access that portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase.
- The portion of the online course corresponding to the purchase will be available to the Member as long as the course is maintained by the Company, which will be a minimum of one year after Member’s purchase.
- The videos in the course are provided as a video stream and are not downloadable.
- By agreeing to grant such access, the Company does not obligate itself to maintain the course, or to maintain it in its present form.
