Our online courses, workshops, and digital products are delivered fastly through email or login access after successful payment.
No physical shipping is required for digital products.

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and your location:
- Within Tamil Nadu: 3–7 business days
- Rest of India: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–20 business days (customs may cause delays)
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once your order is dispatched.

Since courses and digital downloads provide instant access, they are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
However, if you are unable to access your course due to a technical error from our side, we will ensure you get full access.

Exchanges are accepted only for damaged or defective products reported within 3 days of delivery.
To request an exchange, please email us at support@onsaskillcollege.com with your order ID, a description of the issue, and photos of the product.
Once approved, you may need to ship the product back to us in its original condition and packaging.
Replacement/exchange will be shipped after we receive the returned product.
Products purchased during sale/discount offers are not eligible for exchange or return unless damaged in transit.
